County Health Coalition
The health coalition has selected Ballou to partner with Transformation
Systems, Inc. to lead the organization in revising its long-range
strategic plan to include measurebles for defining success in its
programs in building and sustaining a healthy community and in building
community awareness for health and wellness.
Two New Books on Transformational Leadership
Ballou has published two new books for Transformational Leaders. The
first one, Moving Spirits, Building Lives: A Workbook
for Transformational Leaders is a companion workbook to
his popular book, Moving Spirits, Building Lives: Church
Musican as Transformational Leader. Together these two
books are a powerful resource for leaders seeking to transform
organizations, not matter what size the organization or whether it is a
church, school, non-profit or business. The second new book is Building
High Performance Teams: Systems and Structures for Leading Teams and
Empowering Transformation. This leadership book is
for leaders striving to transform organizations. it is not merely a
leadership book, it is a "leadership toolbox" that is readliy
accessible and can be implemented right immediately.

Hugh Ballou Works
with NCTC
Ballou has been selected to work with the New Century Technology
Council
in the New River Valley, VA in developing their future plan of action
through his work as speaker, trainer and facilitator.
Interfaith Child Care Center
The board of the Blacksburg Interfaith Child Care has selected Hugh to
lead their planning process for developing a strong future for this
innovative and critical program. Their plans for future expansion and
long-term financial viability are unique and innovative as well as
relevant connections to the communities in which they operate. Hugh
serves this organization as facilitator, speaker and trainer.
Church Judicatories
As day-to-day operation continues to become more difficult for
America's mainline demoninations, they are securing the services of
trainers and speakers like Hugh Ballou to lead the process of bringing
synergy
and consensus to the individual communities or faith. Leadership

Ballou has been chosen to join the highly sought after facullty of CEO
Space which holds business forums five times annually in Los Angeles,
California. Ballou, chosen for his expertise in building high

Ballou was a presenter at conferences for major demoninations during
the summer to include the Conference on Worship and Music sponsored by
the Presbyterian Association of Musicians at Montreat, NC and

Product Development
Transforming Power,
Ballou's fourth book, is currently at the publisher and will be
released early in 2008. This anthololgy of stories by Transformational
Leaders is designed to empower, encourage and inspire leaders seeking
to transform themselves and the organization which they lead.
Contributing authors include Coach Frank Beamer, Bishop William
Willimon, Poet and Professor Thomas Troeger, Film Producter David
